How quickly will I see results?
Firstly, this is not a weight loss programme. However, I will be measuring and monitoring body fat and waist circumference to ensure that your body is changing constantly, if that’s in line with your goals.
The real goal is to establish the healthy habit. If you are consistent with this then you will achieve the healthy body and fitness you want and you will sustain it over time.
How much does this package cost?
- Kick starter: 5 sessions; £250
- Back to fitness: 10 sessions £475
- Premium lifestyle: 20 sessions: £900
What does this package include?
- One to one sessions (either 5, 10 or 20): At your home, park or convenient location.

Where do you train me?
I am mobile, this means that I travel to one of the following:
- Local park
Within the Bristol area. (we can also do online if you're further away)
How do we train during a Covid lockdown?
During a lockdown our options are:
- Live Online Training - FaceTime, zoom or Skype
- Local park - when allowed
- Pause sessions and I set you homework plan - start up when lockdown over.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. I provide and ask for 24 hour cancellation policy.
How many sessions is it a week?
I would recommend at least 1 session per week for the first 4 weeks to help establish the habit. I will be providing you with a personalised exercise plan so you will be able to train at home in the knowledge you are doing the right thing for your results.
Do I need equipment?
To get started you won’t need anything apart from some exercise clothes. During our 1-2-1 session I will be bringing the equipment we need and as you get stronger and fitter you may want to invest is some home exercise Equipment but it is not essential at all.
What's different about you compared to other personal trainers?
Firstly, there are many good PT’s. It’s important you work with the one you feel most comfortable with. Regarding me, here is a snippet of my experience:
