When you start with me, I provide not just a blueprint of training until you reach your goal. I show you exactly what to eat, drink, how to move and maintain motivation. Each client I work with has a specific goal, and as such an individualised solution. I work with you to excite, engage and empower you on the journey to reach your goals. I use my knowledge and skills to show how you can get there and keep you accountability so you remain consistent.

How It Works

Step 1 – Free Consultation


Before starting your fitness journey we will book a free 60-minute consultation, either over the phone or in person, where we will get an opportunity to talk about your needs, your goals, lifestyle habits and your diet and for us to establish if we are a good fit to work together. I will prescribe the best path forward for you to progress and achieve more than you thought possible in a package that works for you.

Step 2 – Health Assessment & Fitness Testing


Before you can start a training and nutritional plan that's actually going to be effective, we will carry out a number of tests to establish your current state of health and fitness. How you train and what you eat is different for everyone, and we need to determine your current level of fitness in all areas, as well as your nutritional habits in order to prescribe the best bespoke nutritional and exercise programme for you. Here’s what we will aim to find out initially:


  • Resting Heart Rate

  • Resting Blood Pressure

  • Height/Weight

  • Body Composition (Body fat/Skeletal muscle/Water)

  • Visceral Fat

  • BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate)

  • Cardiorespiratory fitness

  • Muscular Strength

  • Muscular Endurance

  • Flexibility

  • Posture


Step 3 – Nutritional Analysis & Plan


Speaking honestly, 60% (or maybe more) of losing weight comes down to your nutrition. If you are not following a suitable nutritional system, or worse still are on a fad diet, then it doesn't matter how hard you train in the gym, you will not get the long-lasting results, body , fitness or energy you're looking for.


I will give you individual nutritional guidance which:​

  • Doesn't require you to starve yourself or cut out carbs like a lot of diets, causing your metabolism to slow right down and make you feel tired and hungry all day long.

  • Doesn't require eating rabbit food all day - You'll still be able to have the foods you enjoy.

  • Doesn't involve following strict set meal plans - You'll have flexibility and choice to decide what you eat.

  • Doesn't require you to count calories or weigh your food.

​It's pretty simple really once you get the hang of it. You'll quickly create habits and make nutrition a lifestyle, not a diet.

Step 4 – One-to-one Exercise (In person or Online)


Train with me either at home or outside in the fresh air in a park nearby. Alternatively, you can try training online to save yourself time or opt for a mixture of in-person and online. The choice is yours! You will not only be training progressively and efficiently but I’m going to teach you how to train for your particular goal and lifestyle. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, build muscle or simply be fitter, happier and healthier, I will help you to create the right solution for you.

I believe in educating my clients too, so that one day they will have the motivation and knowledge to be able to train themselves safely and effectively and maintain this new lifestyle forever. Not only will you learn techniques and training systems, but you will also learn the purpose and benefits of each element because in order to be motivated to achieve a goal you need to understand what you're doing and why you're doing it, during every step of the journey. 

Bespoke Plans

A 'one-size-fits-all' exercise approach simply does not work for most of us and we need exercises and support that suits our bodies, fitness levels, lifestyle and strength. That's why when you start a personal training plan with me I will also create you a bespoke exercise and nutrition plan that works for you and helps you to meet your goals. A diet plan that's tailor made to your goal, food tastes and lifestyle requirements is one you'll actually be able to stick to. These plans, combined with your training sessions, help you to improve your fitness and health in the fastest way possible and in a way that it can be maintained.
